Fishing and Hunting

Harris Land and Cattle offers our guests free hunting and fishing. We do not supply guides and our guests hunt and fish on a self guided basis. What we do supply you won’t find at any “deer camp”. Hot showers, comfortable beds, and excellent meals are all included for our guests during their stay.

Conservation practices by Harris Land and Cattle Company has led to excellent wildlife habitat. Antelope, Mule Deer, White Tail Deer, Elk and Upland Game Birds are all abundant on the ranch because of this practice. Fishing is also excellent here. Brook, Rainbow, and sometimes Brown Trout can be found in the creeks that run through the ranch. Several ponds are re-stocked with fish to enhance the fishing even more.

Guests are requires to follow the rules and regulations set forth by the Montana Department of Fish Wildlife and Parks. Proper licenses and permits are required for hunting and fishing.
